Copyright are Sam Holt and Gavin ‘Face’ Mills, the UK production duo that have emerged from the shadowy streets beneath the grey skies of London to beam rays of 4/4 happiness directly into the gratefully exultant faces of clubbers around the globe. And through this musical transition from rags to relative riches, there’s one thing at least that has remained consistent.
Copyright are ready to drop their first single for 2011. Copyright and the drum warrior Shovell have been collaborated in the past many times, for example 'Bulo' (2004), 'One Drum' (2006), 'Warrior Dance (Yema Ya)' (2009) and now everything seems to be fine for the big return. The name of their forthcoming single is 'Kama Yeah', pacha-style vocal house with gospel and afro influences! On the remix duty the respective Dutch music duo Roul and Doors, they are presenting us tight beats and a big climax. The EP is coming soon on Defected Records, until then check the previews below.
