The Japanese Popstars - Song For Lisa

The Japanese Popstars are an electronic act from Derry, Northern Ireland, consisting of Declan McLaughlin a.k.a. Decky Hedrock, Gary Curran and Gareth Donoghue. 'Song For Lisa' is their new single, taken from the band's second studio album 'Controlling Your Allegiance', which will be released on 10th of June 2011. The package includes interesting remixes from the superstar Benny Benassi, who provides a decent remix with his usual bassline, and another one from the one and only Pete Tong and his co-producer Paul Rogers, this one is a techier version. The EP was released yesterday through EMI UK, listen and pick your favourite version on beatport. Check below the official music video of the original song.

Pete Tong & Paul Rogers - Stress Pill (Original Club Mix)

Following the resounding success of their 'What? EP', BBC radio legend Pete Tong and master producer Paul Rogers dish up a destructive 3 track release for Toolroom Records with the 'Headstrong EP'.

The opening track is 'Headstrong', second track 'Headfuc' and last but not least 'Stress Pill', which it rounds off this release with a heads down groove, catchy hook and a vocal chant that sends shivers down your spine. A quality EP that provides the perfect pickup for getting those dancefloors shaking!

My pick is 'Stress Pill', so I bought it. If you like the tracks, buy them on djtunes and support them, the EP was released today, 6/12/2010.

Underworld - Bird 1 (Tong & Rogers Praia Do Rosa Mix)

'Bird 1' is Taken from Underworld's -the British electronic group- latest album 'Barking'. Pete Tong and Paul Rogers seems to be working good as a duo and that's why they are collaborating alot, so they made a sick remix for the song, which decided to name it 'Tong & Rogers Praia Do Rosa Mix' and I'm very proud to present it to you. We are talking about a quality chilly-melodic remix, it was released 23/11/2010 through OM Records and you can grab your copy on beatport.
