The long-awaited vocal version of 'Shining Heart' is finally out. The duo French Government joined their forces with Emotive Sounds manager, Andrea Martini to re-produce their own original previous hit from 2009, which it had been supported by Andy Moor, Markus Schultz, Gareth Emery, Abigail Bailey, Tristan Garner and some others. The brand new version featuring the beautiful voice of Ann Bailey and it is getting hammered by Thomas Gold, Jerry Ropero, Nino Anthony, The BeatThiefs, Hagenaar & Albrecht, DJ DLG, Flash Brothers, D-Malice and more...
